Constitutional Purpose of Zion Lutheran Church Women
 
The purpose of the Zion Lutheran Church Women shall be to know and do the will of our Lord Jesus Christ in:
  1. Our own hearts and lives by reading, study, mutual encouragement, and Christian sociability.

     
  2. Our own congregation by setting the example of consecrated womanhood in the visiting of the sick, suffering, sorrowing, in winning the unchurched, encouraging and keeping those won, and in other service projects for the congregation and the church.

     
  3. Our own community by being alert and bringing to light ways and means in which the church can bring the power of Christianity to bear upon the community for its advancement and improvement.

     
  4. Our own Evangelical Lutheran Church in America; the Zion Lutheran Church Women shall cooperate with the Southern Ohio Synod, Cincinnati Conference.
