Organizes and presides at all board and general meetings. Member
involved with all committees. Member conference ELCA Board where she
represents her church. In charge of receptions held at church, annual
packets, the retreat, wedding receptions, U.C. cookies, and works with
the Vice President to nominate new board members. |

| Works closely with the
president. In charge of organizing a committee to serve Lenten
luncheons, represents the Women of Zion on Worship & Music Committee,
keeps paper products in stock, contacts new members to invite to circle
or meeting. |

Records and keeps minutes of all meetings, takes care of all
correspondence, and takes Lutheran Women Today subscriptions. |
| Treasurer: Lori Rehm |
|
Receives, records, and compiles income and expenditures of the board and
pays all of the bills. |

Finds entertainment for quarterly general meetings (March, October,
December), program resources, finds someone to be the chairperson of the
Mother/Daughter Banquet (May). |

|
Enables our women to be disciples of Christ in all areas of life,
organizes the Thanksgiving baskets for the shut-ins, and is in charge of
hanging Thanksgiving wreathes and setting up/decorating the Chrismon
tree. |

In charge of Thankoffering Service, collecting Thankoffering boxes,
coordinating Lutheran World Relief activities, and:
collecting/distributing gifts to community groups such as Open Door
Pantry. |
