Facebook Voting Instructions for Congregational Meeting
We will use the Chat Function of Facebook, since many of you are already familiar with how it works.
The Key Motions will be identified by a number:
Approval of the Minutes of the February 6, 2022 Congregational Meeting.
2. Approval of the Slate of Candidates for Council.
3. Approval of the 2023 Proposed Budget.
The Voting will be at the end of the meeting. The process:
Each Zion member on Facebook will individually enter their name and vote: For Example: Several people watching on the Facebook Session:
Johnny Smith: 1 - (Yes or No); 2 - (Yes or No); 3 - (Yes or No)
Jeannie Smith: 1 - (Yes or No); 2 - (Yes or No); 3 - (Yes or No)
The names will be added to the registry.
The votes will be counted and combined with the votes by members in the sanctuary.
Just like paper ballots, the Facebook members and votes will be printed off and included for the archive.
Other Options if you are unable to vote using the Chat Function:
Please call Julia the first thing Monday morning to give her your votes over the phone.
Email the church office the first things Monday morning with your vote.
Make it stand out.

Dream it.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
